To provide Food Service operations for the Graduate Student Society (GSS) Sunset Café at the University of Windsor.
Food Service operations in the Sunset Café will operate year-round and should deliver quality products and services, good value, a variety of menu choices, and a range of price points. The focus should be on enhancing the consumers’ experience while in the Sunset Café. In balancing the needs to maximize service utilization and variety, food service operations should provide popular food options that appeal to a variety of customers.
